MidasTrade Signs Agreement with Pure Reason LLC/ ShadowTraders

to provide KOSPI Options and Futures Trading for US Investors.

Buena Park, CA, April 16, 2007 – MidasTrade.com Inc. (OTC.PINK: MIDS) is pleased to announce that the company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Midas Securities has entered into an Subscriber Agreement with Pure Reason LLC of Clearwater, Florida. Under the agreement, Midas will provide direct market access (DMA) to the KOSPI options and futures trading via Midas GDAN.

Pure Reason LLC President & CEO, James Horne states “the KOSPI futures & options are some of the most actively traded index contracts in the world. We are very happy to have Midas Trade provide our customers with direct market access to the KOSPI.”

My Monday session involved an early entry, and I
got 35 ticks (would have gotten over 50, had I remembered to put in my
trailing stop).  I attached pictures of the Monday trade.

Dear Barbara and Jim,

I just wanted to drop you a note and let you know of my first win. I went live today for the first time and made about 12% on my account. In about an hour and a half. Not to bad! I haven't even completed getting all my hardware set up so just trading off the 50 tick and 1 min. with one monitor your indicators work so well. Having the familiarity from the Seminar and now working through the on line course I definitely feel I can be consistently successfully as a trader.
